Got the phone today !!! Its 'widely' available in Delhi now. Almost every shop has it!!!!

Anyways, this is my first android phone....and am absolutely loving it!!!

I had a few questions:

1) Is navigation not available in India??? When i try to use the navigation app, it says 'Not supported for the location'.
2) Where is the setting for 'Smile' detection in the camera??? I went through the whole settings menu for the camera, but couldnt find the smile detection setting on it !

Might be..but none of the SGS2 back cover that I have seen so far have this icon below the camera ...

Moreover, this site says also says that probably NFC chip on SGS2 is not on the back but integrated somewhere into it's body like Nokia C7..which I too feel could be the possibility..

Anyone willing to dis-mantle their SGS-II and find the mysterious chip?

Congrats. Please tell at what Price you've purchased it and also do you see any Yellowish spot at the left side of the screen?

Hi...I tried the lcd test (*#0*#...something like that) but didnt notice the yellow thing ! No dead pixels as well ! Frankly i wasnt looking too hard for the yellow spot, but i have been using this phone continuously since i got it...and trust me, haven been able to notice anything wrong with the screen. So even if the yellow spot might be there...i haven been able to notice it at all in regular use!

Also, the issues like device heating up etc are there, but to be honest, its nothing bad at all, and does not seem like an issue to me at all. Every single smartphone get this hot when used like we have been using S2, so its nothing new and trust me its not that uncomfortable!!

This phone does 'everything' so damn well!!! You wanna call...it does it well, you wanna use gps...its awesome, you wanna watch movie...awesome, you wanna use the internet....trust me this phone is a beast for all internet applications!!!

In my previous phone, i could barely use 100mb of data in a month, but on this phone i used up 150mb within an hour lol....internet browsing, app downloadin everything is so damn smooth on it!!!!!

And yeah...the price i got it for is Rs. 30200!! I know its higher than what others are gettin it for, but tht spice guy first asked for 30500, came down to 30200...and i just couldnt wait any longer, so want for it even though it seems like i overpaid by 200-300 bucks, which was acceptable for me to be able to get this phone asap :_)!!

A quick question for those folks who already got their S2. How many pins are there in the Travel Adapter micro-USB port?

I have checked mine and found only 4-pins. But the standard USB cable shipped with S2 has 5-pins. Is this correct since S2 packs a MHL port and this is how they differentiate between charging/data/video?

I am located in Canada and one of my friends from Delhi is flying over on the 15th. I was thinking of getting him to bring me an S2...So I have a few questions for people who got this phone in Delhi..

Where in Delhi should I tell him to grab it from? Whats the best price available right now? Are any of the shops offering it with accessories like letsbuy.com i am really just interested in the hdmi adapter...
