Default Can't send MMS when on WIFI

I have to enable mobile network. Which is no biggie because my phone can do both at the same time, BECAUSE IT'S THAT ****ING BADASS. Then I realize there is no signal and my MMS never sends or receives.

Can anybody else send or receive MMS on JUST WIFI. I am not quite sure if I had this ability before rooting. =/

You cannot send mms without a data connection, I have tried multiple different ways around it but it simply doesn't work. If you don't believe me then connect to your wifi access point, hold the power button and turn the mobile data connection off, then try sending/receiving and see what happens. This problem has been brought up before on other forums, even without a data plan it is using data to send/receive mms due to security reasons.
