Here is Already build hard keys functions remaping for all 7392 roms
I'll upload the second post of my rom thread (tuto&tricks) for the way of changing hard keys functions later.

First to know, there is a list of a function but there isn't a way to affect a long press or double press for now, it don't work like this. (but there is surely a way I won't search since it's good for me now)
For exemple When you long press Search (home button) you obtain Speech recogntition. If you affect Search to another key you'll obtain too Speech recognition when you'll long press this key.

Second, green and red hard keys run under screen off, it's not the function, So if you wan't a function not run under screen off, just use the template in which it's on another hard key.

So in templates:
Play is the same as bluetooth function: Play/pause on press, Skip on double press, Answer when receive a call and End call when in call, Quickly call a contact by speech recognition on long press.
Start is home screen on press, Full voice recognition on long press.

There is toggle and camera autofocus I've didn't used too.

The templates, choose yours:
Vol+ | Vol- | Green | Home | Win | Back | Red (Hard keys)

Green as camera:
1 Vol+ | Vol- | Camera | Search | Start | Back | Power
2 Vol+ | Vol- | Camera | Start | Search | Back | Power

Green as Multimedia/Answer/End call:
3 Vol+ | Vol- | Play | Search | Start | Back | Power
4 Vol+ | Vol- | Play | Start | Search | Back | Power

The same but don't work under screen off (in the pocket)
Or a broken Home key:
5 Vol+ | Vol- | Search | Play | Start | Back | Power
6 Vol+ | Vol- | Start | Play | Search | Back | Power

For those who have another brocken hard key (X):
7 Vol+ | Vol- | Start | Search | X | Back | Power
8 Vol+ | Vol- | Search | Start | X | Back | Power

9 Vol+ | Vol- | Back | Search | Start | X | Power
10 Vol+ | Vol- | Back | Start | Search | X | Power

11 Vol+ | Vol- | Power | Search | Start | Back | X
12 Vol+ | Vol- | Power | Start | Search | Back | X

For those who have a brocken hard volumn key:
13 Search | Search | Vol- | Vol+ | Start | Back | Power

How to proceed: (all is provided)
- Extract this zip in a folder (Base folder).
- Extract the part04.bin from Data.zip of your HD2 WP7rom and place it in this folder
- Run htcRIE.exe
- Open part04.bin (ignore errors)
- On the left choose OS/IMGFS
- Click on 'Save selected files' to save IMGFS.bin in the base folder
- Now on the right select a file and do CTRL+A to select all
- Click on 'Save selected files' to save all this files in the dump folder you can find in the base folder
- Replace the module (whole keybdpdd_htc.dll directory in dump folder) by the template provided.
- Run build.bat and wait the end of the process, you'll got a file named imgfs-out.bin
- In htcRIE select IMGFS on the left
- Click on 'Add files...' and choose imgfs-out.bin
- When finished your part04.bin is updated, replace it in Data.zip and flash

U're welcome.
I'll post the method in general WP7 since it can be made an all HTC devices under WP7 (but it depend on rom, the module has to be allocated at the same place)

But i have a big question, for me it would be the perfect control, and i seen some users @ this Forum wishing them as well

Vol+ | Vol- | Play | Start | Menu | Back | Power (end call?)

I know you wonder, why there is no search, but some of us are just not using it, so it is a button we dont use


Would be really awesome and thank you again for all this movement in HD2 WP7 Developement

Search is often useless but when you need it there is no other way ie search in marketplace.
No way to have End call on power since it's a build-in play function.
Or steal the source code at HTC

I've thought about Camera instead of search
Vol+ | Vol- | Play | Start | Camera | Back | Power I like it.

Can provide some other template, but change it by yourself isn't a hard work, I'll post the way when I'll have time.

Hehehe, i just booked a flight to HTC HQ to get the source Code =)

Well i have to say good idea to put the camera function on the search button

I cant wait to get the guide to try my own templates
