A few questions on MODing my Samsyng galaxy ace mobile..

Hi guys,
So, i am new here..

I actually am a beginner in these things..and i was intrested in knowing isome infrmation on these things..

Hmm,i don't know where to start.
Well, here are my questions..

1, Which is the best ROM that is available for Samsung galaxy ace till now?
2, Is it possible to upgrade my Android OS from version 2(froyo) to 3(gingerbread) ? If yes,then how to do it?
3, Should i fear of any problems of bricking/damaging my mobile if i upgrade the version?
4, Where can i download the ROMs from ?

1. Nowadays, there is one custom ROM wich is VillainRom. So, I guess that's the best (but you will lose your warranty if something happen).
