I've noticed lots of people recommending kb3 for 9020a. Is this still accurate nearly a year later when UCKJ1 has been released? thx!

Yep UC series radios are still capped to this day even on latest... xxkb3 still stands out as best on i9020a so far.

terribly sorry i this was already explained but can someone tell me the difference between

XXKD1-GRJ22-radio-nexuss-unsigned.zip

And

UCKD1-GRJ22-radio-nexuss-unsigned-sgaron.zip ?

I somehow ended up with a wrong radio.img and now that i flashed XXKD1 all is better but is UCKD1 maybe even better than that.

I couldn't find a clear explanation about radio.img'es anywhere.

UC series is for for north america and has capped speeds... XX series is the uncapped international radio and gives full speed. I wouldn't bother with using any UC series radio heck i use xxkb3 on my i9020a .

Besides yours is most likely not a i920a based on country so the UC series is not recommended at all.
