Is Unlocked-Mobiles.com a reliable company to order the Sensation from?

i've ordered a dhd from them a year ago - they were pretty good.

I had a bad experience with unlocked-mobiles.com.

Some time ago I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S from them. They took several days to charge my card, then eventually charged me $780.04 (358.62GBP). However the next day they cancelled my order (failed security check) and refunded me as a separate transaction instead of reversing the original charge... Thus they refunded me only $740.35 (358.62GBP). So I was $40 out of pocket!!

They didn't respond to my request to reverse the original transaction instead of crediting my credit card.
