Exclamation [Q] No Android Market on Stock 2.2.1 , How to Get it ?

Hello,

My Galaxy Ace came with 2.2.1 Froyo but without the Android Market
How Can I install it ? (My Device is rooted)

I tried other non-official markets but I want the Official Android Market

NOTE : My "vending.apk" file on "/system/app/" is EMPTY, no thing at all in it !!

I'm from Egypt .. I bought the phone from Samsung Authorized Dealer here so this version of the phone is intended for this region I suppose
As I said it's on Stock 2.2.1 , I didn't flash it .. I only used SuperOneClick v1.9.1 to gain root access (I just did that an hour ago)

I tried the method in the link you gave to me and the market got installed successfully but when ever I try clicking on any application in it it gives me the following error :
Quote:
The application Market (process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

So connect your gmail account and start to download some apps.

If you can't, the only one option you have is to flash your phone.

The application Market (process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
What's the most simple way to flash my device ? (is there some thing like SuperOneClick but for flashing ?)
and which firmware should I flash ? (I'm from Egypt and my carrier is Vodafone)

I had the same problem and I solved it by doing this: dial *#272*IMEI number# (you can get your IMEI from Settings > About phone > Status

After that choose XSG (note: it'll replace the Egyptian firmware, so backup your stuff if you'd like).
