Default USB connection to Internal Phone Storage
Need some assistance please....

With my old INC, i connected to PC via USB cable. Two folders would pop up. One was the SD card, the other was the internal phone storage

With my INC2, I connect to PC via USB cable. ONLY one folder pops up....the SD card.

How do I access the internal phone storage so I can load a ringtone to the internal storage

Did you try all the options in the usb menu on the phone? You could always adb push them to the location.
