both devices should have same HW when talking about radios...the only difference is different NAND chip - TMPUS HD2 has 1GB instead of 512MB.
so probably issue must be elswhere. what radio firmware do you have?

I would have uploaded it to that sylverster20007 FTP...but it is long time it is not working either

right now 15.42.15.11U_2.15.50.14 BASEBAND VERSION but i`ve tried many other versions with the same result , could it be `cause a hardware malfunction ?

everything is possible but this is probably worst scenario...
btw...since ANdroid is not native OS for HD2, all radio softwares are not 100% compatible and RIL drivers can cause some problems too...
have you tried signal reception on Windows Mobile?

pfff ... i was so afraid for this answer ... yep , i`ve tried in winmo and ... the same ... anyway , the issue is that more than 4 m away from my router i`ve got no reception baut soon as i move near ... is full ... strange

OK..if we are speaking about wifi, Andoird phones and especially HD2 can have problems connecting on some wifi networks with specific settings. basically you cannot have high channel number (cannot connect on wifi on channel 12 or more).
do you have any other device to test? maybe the problem is router and not the phone itself

this is why i found it strange `cause the other phone EU version has no problems to connect only that usb issue but i use it with sd android . thanx !

I just realized that my failed installs appeared on my desktop as if they were successfully downloaded. The zip file is viable and if I hadn't been sitting here watching, I would have never known that they had failed. I will bet money that that is what happened when I tried to put 3.2 on my phone. So word of caution to all...probably smart to compare zip file size to what is expected.
I got a download going and have five minutes left. Looking forward to getting 3.3 on there.
