my phone has some problems

hello,I need your help...My SE neo has some problems.
BTW,my English is not good...

My neo's System version is 2.3.2(rooted).
Some days ago,I update it to 2.3.3 by FOTA,and I lose...because I deleted some system apps.
Then I flash it to 2.3.2 by FL,and then root it.
When I reboot the neo, the battery icon is red,and system show me that the battery only has 1% power.I plug charger ，the Battery status show me the battery is discharging.I am sure it's a bug,because before I flash the neo,it has full power...
I flash it(wipe userdata) again and again,no matter HK version or Global version,the bug still be.
But if I flash it to 2.3.3,the neo is normal.

So,I only need my phone is 2.3.3 and rooted...
What can I do?I need your help...

I had the exact same problem on my Arc when I downgraded to 2.3.2. I fixed it by removing the battery and reinserting it.
