Titanium Backup opening problem!

Hey all.

Just wanted to know, that dose someone else hase or have problems with INSTALLING Titanium Backup?
Yesterday I flashed the ROM(I think it was Code.ROMv1:http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1122198) and all was going well, untill I was going to Market and try to install TB. It wont installed. OK. I downloaded it from net, but it to SD and installed it from there. installed! Now I was tryed to open it and it just force closed(FC). Then I thinking, that it is somehow the ROM problem. Refflashed it and still the same. I was pissed!
Then I installed from SD DEODEXED ROM and still the same(OF COURSE, BEFORE EVERY FLASH WITH ODIN OR INSTALL FROM SD, I WIPED ALL CACHE AND DATA/FACTORY RESET).
After flashing like 6-7 times I finally managed OPEN TB v.3.6.4(I was tryed several versions and this one installs and opens CORRECTLY, I must mention that I have PRO version of TB)!
Now I want to know, what can cause this kinde of problem. If you faced similar problem, let us know here. Maybe we can find the solution to this one!
