I dropped the modems into CM7 type modems and I am get the H and download speeds were about 2500 to 2800 download and 500 to 1000 upload at 6pm near Los Angeles today. So not great upload speeds but not too bad for my busy area. I tried both of them and both showed H and occasionally toggled to 3G then back to H.

I tried the modem on APEX 7.1 ROM and no HSUPA. It was definelty clear though. Speeds for both upload and download was not what I wass hoping for. Also, maybe coincidence my phone force closed then rebooted itself while using SpeedTest.

I've mirrored both packages onto my rapidshare account. It's set though so there is no waiting. It's a direct link.

I don't think there is a speed cap either this way. Identical file to the op.
Current: HTC One (Stock, Rooted, Unlocked, S-OFF HBOOT 1.56, Tampered flag removed)
Backup:
Samsung Captivate (CyanogenMod 11 Nightly)
Tablet: Nexus 7 (Rooted, TWRP Recovery (I think)) Android 4.4.2

Defunct: Samsung Galaxy S2 AT&T (CyanogenMod 11 Unofficial)

Thank god for having spare cell phones and custom roms that make them survive for a bit longer.

Do you have the new phone and computer screen ?
If yes, that serves as download mode, odin again from there.

Odin can be picky at times,
you have to start odin, then connect phone.

It does not like it if you connect phone before launching Odin

Why? This is not leaked, it came from Samsung via the SamFirmware site.
Google Nexus 7 32gb Wifi
Samsung Galaxy S4 Active (rooted)
Samsung Galaxy SII (sold)
Samsung Captivate (traded in)
HTC Tilt 2 (on bedroom duty)
LG Incite (long gone)
