Default [Q] CWM straight boot idea

When using nvflash to restore to stock one of the first commands reads something like sending bootloader initialising bootloader. The bootloader then starts on the vega black screen small text at top. Would it be possible for a far more experienced dev than myself to write a new bootloader and boot on the vega in a similar way by sending through nvflash allowing booting to recovery and other functions like on htc desire. OFC the bootloader would only be temporary and require connection to a pc but might be useful.

Bit of a long shot Bob1369 (Should this be in Q&A)

If you're still needing the pc for this, why don't you just make a batch script ony our pc executing "adb reboot recovery". You could also do it from the phone and create a shortcut using some app, but I forgot it's name.

Ah, forget what I said then. Only way for now is to use NVFlash to the stock image and root. Maybe we can create a custom NVFlash image or sumthin'?

you can replace the .img files from nvflash with files from a nandroid backup. i tried this a few times and it works.. no need to go back to stock, if something is broken!

That's great for restoring I was more looking at using cwm.s other features though like wipes and increasing speed of development by not having to restore to get to cwm

Once, I accidentally flashed the CWM recovery image to the boot partition (using NVFlash)...
At first I had no idea why it booted into CWM at every boot...

EDIT: Could be dangerous, so don't try this if you don't know/can't live with the possible consequences...
