Default [Q] Anyone else's sensation constantly freezing n force closing while playing games?

Hey guys! I just got my sensation yesterday at a T-mobile and it's been rebooting and games have been force closing on me quite often. It might be that the games I'm playing are not meant for this phone but the weird thing is that these games worked fine on my nexus one.
n64oid - was fine on N1 although laggy.
dungeon defenders
samurai II: vengence
last stand
Psxdroid-doesn't work at all it seems.

I'm aware these games may not be enhanced for the sensation but I'm just wondering if it was just me or has any of you had problems with the phone freezing and force closing while running more "resource demanding" apps? I want to know so I'd know whether or not I should swap it out. Thanks for any help.

yep, certain games keep freezing for me to. guerilla bob is one that freezes without fail after 2-3 minutes. don't really get force closes, it just freezes and then i have to press the home button to get out. i wonder if it's related to the battery temperature, or maybe the memory is running low?

edit: also, ive had the same issue on two different devices.

The only two games I ever play run smooth as butter and look insane on the Sensation. They are Home Run Battle 3D and Angry Birds RIO. They actually run smoother than on my G2X.

hmmm.. this isn't good :/ it feels to me as if my sensation is unnecessarily freezing on games it should be able to handle..
mine also freezes on Modern Combat 2 HD and Nanopanda..
wonder if this is a hardware or software issue..

I've noticed it with Dungeon Defenders. DD uses around 125MB of RAM. I've noticed that while I use the Sensation I have less than 150MB of RAM. I'm thinking that the RAM gets depleted by games that use over 100MB of RAM and causes the phone/game to crash. I can't even play DD for long until the phone crashes.

If I kill all the apps the game runs smoothly, but if I play it with not a lot of free RAM it becomes choppy and noticeably laggy.

Sidekick LX > HTC Espresso > Samsung Galaxy S I9000 > HTC Vision > HTC Glacier

Once we get root and get the bloatware/Sense off of it, most of these games are going to fly.

Yup. Even dual core phones can't handle this bloated sense crap. I can't even run live wallpaper, lol. Need.... Root... Gasp!
