[Q] How to get back the default Phone Dailer/Answer call Screen?

Hello XDAs~

i have just flash over a new theme Crysis SensatioN 1.6.2 from my previous muveszur black but i found out the theme is not suitable for me, so i flash back to muveszur. So problem happen now that the phone dailer/answer call screen changed to something i don't like..

I suspect it was because the new theme Crysis SensatioN 1.6.2 as it was include a TW launcher with the same design of this call answering screen... Can someone guide me to change it back? or it is possible to change the screen to another design... i remember that Darky Rom 9.5 has another answer call screen with Voice recoder...
