Big problem, cannot move lockscreen up ? need Rom ?

If I can move it up then everything will be ok. I try to up rom nodo, hard reset but unsuccessful any help, plz So, I try to update to Nodo but unsuccessful. I can't jailbreak now. I need this rom to try disable lockscreen RUU_Surround_Cingular_US_1.03.502.07_Radio_5.51.09 .06_22.30.50.09U_by_ansar Someone can upload it for me, plz !
