Default Is B137 more improved than B136 and B160?

I am not sure to ask here, but I will do it as I know no other place to ask a ROM question.
As title stated, is it or is it not?
Also where can I get it, been hearing there is a improved version of B137, where can I find it?
Thanks in advance !

Yup, it was made. But it was horrible, had fresh B137 installed, installed the .zip on top of it. After that everything was FC'ing and what not. Dont know if it has been updated since then, but it didn't seem stable at all.

Google is possibly translating it sort-of correctly. I remember translating one goapk thread and it was talking about the shoes of the rom. I live in China and learning Chinese. Words can have multiple meanings, especially when when used with different dialects and different fields(i.e. computers and technology). Also there is a lot of stuff that is really difficult to translate exactly from Chinese to English. Just bare with the translations and try to make sense of it.

On a side note:
Geno released a B136+B160 V7 rom, and then a B137 V7 rom, both are Android 2.2. If my translation was correct, the difference between them is very little. Am I correct on this? I'm getting ready to install the B136+B160 tomorrow and want to know if I should use the B137 instead.

There is only one B137 V7 ROM, the B136+B160 V7 is an upgrade package if you are using a previous version of his ROM, not a full ROM.
