Instructions to install:

• Make sure you update to latest cwm linked above
• Do an integrity check of the CWM flashable CWM via md5, for safety
• Download the ROM from the link below
• Boot to recovery, wipe data(factory reset) and install the update (NOTE: There is no modem flash, none!)
• Enjoy

Recreate the problem while dumping logcat:
via adb:

adb logcat > logcat.txt

via terminal:

su
logcat > /sdcard/logcat.txt

Then answer these questions:
Did you flash anything else?
Did you follow instructions to the T?

Otherwise, frankly, if I don't have the problem and I can't reproduce it, I'm just gonna ignore your bug report.

Yes - If you do not have CWM 3.1.0.1 then you will brick your phone!!
