Default Ad block for non-rooted phones?

Is there an app to block ads (in applications) that does not require root?

Go to the XDA application and search for "ad block" and/or "adblock" and let me know how it works out for you. It didn't show up for me when I searched it before posting this but you are apparently more talented than I am.
