If you're talking about the white line on the edge of the screen (below the 4 on the right hand side), then yes I would. Just make sure it isn't just that app and that it's like that on every black screen. If it is then it's defective and you should get a new one.

yeah that would bother the hell outta me...not to mention that would definitely hurt the resale value of it. I'd definitely exchange it.
