Thanks for keeping this post up to date I hope sometime soon the GT-I8700YKAFOP (Retail Spain) model is out and we can download the I8700FOP### CSC with its firmware as Movistar from Spain is the slowest carrier in the world according to Microsoft WP7 update delivery lists...

CSC's only contain CSCPackage.cab.pkg with:

- Registry file with:

- Regional settings
- CSC version
- FM radio frequency ranges
- Country and operator settings for Samsung applications
- AutoDataConnection off setting by a supposed MS issue
- Additional system settings by the mobile operator (optional)

- Bitmap Image with mobile operator boot logo (optional)

- Provisioning XML with additional XAP applications to be installed

This CSCPackage.cab.pkg is loaded via ImageUpdate as a standard WP7 package (with its DSM and RGU)

So yes you can do it, anyway the CSC version will remain incoherent with the PDA one.

Guys i need some help, i want T-mobile UK branded retail ROM for my Omnia 7, which was my original ROM i flashed I8700XENJK1 which was Netherlands based (even though i fixed the regional, locale settings to england) Though i really want to get back on my T-mobile UK branded ROM for the Omnia 7. Do i download Samsung Omnia 7 "Firmware XXJL3 RETAIL UNITED KINGDOM" or this "Firmware XXJJ6 ALL PROVIDERS" ?
