Successfully made phone call with flyer[7/10 not dev devices]

Someone in Taiwan successfully made phone call with flyer.

There's a youtube video and a thread opened in Mobile01, but not yet are there any details on how it is done

Just happy to know it is achievable

7/10 not dev devices , some stores can do s-on to s-off , for a price of NT1380 (US48)

it needs a s-off flyer..
so no hope for now

yes, I just saw that on "flyer android development"
so some people just happen to get a s-off flyer, randomly?
(sorry if the question is dumb, these root and s-off thing are new to me)

Why don`t some Chinese XDA members try this ? How come they didn`t try it yet ? Are the sellers reliable guys ?

I recently bought an S Off Flyer and it came with a ROM that allows phone calls.
