[Q] HTC Locations

is there a way to install the app on a t-mobile htc sensation i only bought the t-mobile version cuz i need wifi calling i thought it would include htc locations im talking about the app for htc for navigation and offline map usage

Isn't Places the same as HTC Locations? (Never seen it before)

No HTC locations is powered my route 66 maps

You won't be able to install it till we have root it must be placed in the system/app part of the phone for it to work

I found it on my new S4G. It started right up and showed my location immediately. What about it isn't working? I've never used it before so don't know what to look for.


Edit: I was mistaken. I was looking at latitude, not locations. So nevermind.

I am not on T-Mobile, but my Sensation had an Install option in Settings > Location

It said "Install application and storage card files for Locations"

Maybe it is going to be same for you.

no that option isn't there I'm thinking we have to get root for it to work
