We just got CWM this past week & a ROM already , so i thought id make a thread to keep it all in one thread .
This thread is getting stickied .

CWM
Follow the instruction's of that thread then download Rom Manager on your phone & install the recovery for SK4G also then reboot into recovery then reinstall package's . Enjoy .
SuperOneClick Enable USB Debugging & then plug the phone in and press Root .
How to unlock your SK4G Follow the instruction's on the thread .

- Flash kernel as usual
- Reboot the phone
- Go to recovery again (Don't use RM, use either adb, power menu or button combination)
- If you have red CWM (Voodoo Lagfix Recovery) then you can enable Voodoo from Voodoo options. If you don't get red CWM, reboot the phone and download Voodoo Control App. You can manage your voodoo lagfix from it. Once you enable voodoo lagfix from either red cwm or voodoo control app then reboot
- During reboot, you should hear female voice ("Linda") letting you know the status of your ext4 conversion
- Once your phone boots up it should have /cache, /data, and /system on ext4.

Smooth Maximus V1.0 Root your device , put CWM on then follow the instruction's on the thread & you should be fine , Do the first part then the second don't worry about , Be very careful or else you can brick your device & you have to ODIN it back to default .
Stock ODEXED T839UVKD1 Follow instruction's on the thread .
Stock Deodexed KD1 Follow the instruction's on the thread .
STOCK KD1 *Rooted/Deodexed/Zipaligned* Follow the instruction's on the thread .
Battery Calibration Your going to need to calibrate your battery after flashing a ROM such as Smooth Maximus .
Smooth Maximus ROM GingerClone v1 [7/7/11] Put on root of SDCARD , boot into recovery then flash the ROM & follow instructions

Edit: you shouldnt have download links in a bible thread. just link them to the proper thread and they will find the downloads.
see a bible thread for a more popular device as a reference

i need help

after i root it i download rom manager flash the rom and thats it but after reboot into recovery mode reinstall packages it doesnt let me do anything it says sig failed like im not even rooted im trying to set a rom but its not letting me reinstall packages

you need to push a modded recovery to your system/bin folder so it ignores signature checking. See the CWM for SK4G thread
