[Q] Can't sync with Outlook 2010

I installed Office 2010 on my computer and I attempted to sync with my s620 and no information was transferred. I had no problems with Office 2007. Please advise corrective action.

What version of Outlook 2010 are you using? Version of 64-bits is not compatible with activesync, although 32-bit version is.

Yes, I have the 64 bit version of Office 2010. I may just revert back to 2007 Office unless there is something else I can do.

You could install Office 2010 32-bits, in case you have it, or keep the 64-bits version and upgrade your OS to Win7. You won´t need ActiveSync in that case. O go back to Office 2007. That´s all I can suggest.
