I put the zip on both /mnt/external_sd and /sdcard just in case but it doesn't work.

same issue here, im on download #3 if this dont work then its gotta be an issue with the zip/rom

nope just saw that he posted it, thanks will check now

Says failed when I tried to flash it aswell. Ran test archive in winRAR and it says it is corrupt.

what kernel tweaks were done, and how did you do this without source? I do see there's another thread about reverse engineering the kernel, but i'm interested in what these changes are. thanks!
