[Q] Question about camera and flashing

Hi,
I'am new here and i have also new galaxy S.

Recently i have camera problem. But i don't know why it happend .
I do CF -root succesfully and all phone works well (camera also), but one day i launched camera and shows green screen and text : "camera fail"
I looked for solution on xda. I found topic

I do this and instead of green screen appeared black screen nad same text "camera fail".
I have:
PDA: JPH
Phone: JPP
CSC: JP3(PLS)
Can anyone knows if i upgrade firmware to JPY camera start working??
Upgrade by kies to:
PDA: JS7
Phone: JPY
CSC: JS2(PLS)

And what with upgrade:
If i have root i can do upgrade by kies or i should do it by odin?
After upgrade my root disappear?
If it don't reslove my problem say although how to unroot CF-root.



Phone works well expect camera...... please help!!!

probably camera app got corrupted somehow, flash via odin its easy, dont worry!! to unroot flash a stock rom found in samfirmware.com.. hope this helps!!
