Default Is there a way to get the "Docking connected" notificatio?

I totally love the keyboard dock, but one small annoyance i have is that there is a retarded notification telling me it is connected and I need to TYPE WORDS!! Thanks asus... I didn't know what to do with a KEYBOARD. sorry for rantng.

My question is: can we get rid of this stupid notification?

Prolly been asked but I couldn't find it.

thanks

there was an app somebody posted recently regarding just this issue. search for in either this or the apps forum.

basically, it disables the "dock" system event (paraphrasing)...so you never get that message.

not sure what the side-effects of doing that, but apparently it works.

I'd like the SD card notification to go away too. Whose brilliant idea was that? "HEY, YOU DONE STUCK A MICROSD CARD IN YOUR TRANSFORMER, DID YOU KNEW THAT THERE?!?" Yes, of course I know I did that, but thanks for telling me, now I'll just hit the little x to make it go away ... what? I can't? ARGGGGGH!!!

That would really be funny to hear a Southern Accent on a Taiwanese Transformer

Disabling all events related to asus keyboard using autostarts or freezing asus keyboard 1.0 with titanium backup should both work. You have to be rooted though.
