Default Build.prop protected market fix

Could someone help me work this out please. Does the amount of protected apps in the market showing up soley depend on the build.prop. I'm curious because my generic herotab c8m (g tab hardware, giant iphone on the front, g tab on the back) seems to show all protected apps and its rooted. The app I use to test if it has worked is contract killer

So if it only depends on the build.prop can I not just copy the build.prop from my tablet.

Please help

Thanks in advance

P.s I know this kind of stuff goes in general but I figured many would have this issue so I think it would be helpful to a lot of people.
If I helped you on the street you would say thanks.DO THE SAME ON XDA

I wouldn't just copy and paste the build.prop file from one device and put it on another... uhh kabaldan or nadlabak was talking about some changes in the build.prop he made to view protected apps, which i'm sure are included in his amazing roms, so you might want to try that on your milestone. Good luck
