Default [Q] Sprint premier Silver to Gold

Ok I will have been with Sprint for 10 years on July 4th of this year and I will become a Premier Gold customer, now normally every July (last year I got my EVO July 10th) I can upgrade my phone.

So my question is will I automatically be eligible for my Premier Gold upgrade ($150 off) come July 10th since I have already done a year of my contract. Or will I have to wait until NEXT July to upgrade?

Call Sprint and ask them for a one time upgrade since you should have been eligible for the full $150 come July 4th. I have done this and so have many others.

They should do that without hesitation. But to answer your original Q, I would think without a doubt you would get that upgrade on the 10 year date. But call and ask to get it early. I was only 1 year in my contract of my HTC Hero that I replaced with the Shift in Jan, and they reset my upgrade to full without any issues, so I don't see why they wouldn't for you. Or you can call and try to do that for another line and just wait for the primary line to become eligible next week.

Current phone: HTC EVO 3D
Retired: HTC Hero, HTC EVO Shift

Well 2 of my lines were just upgraded 1 month ago so they are not gonna do anything for those and another is eligible right now for $150. I can't get the E3D until the 12th anyway so I'm not worried about getting my upgrade early I just want it by the 12th and I will if all goes right.

You can always use the upgrade for your other line and switch it over.

Follow the instructions posted here: http://slickdeals.net/forums/showthr...int+evo+3d+150

I was able to get BOTH of my phones bumped to the full $150 upgrade with a 5 minute phone call.

What you want to do is call up 888-927-2199 (Premier Customer Dept.) and ask for an Upgrade Override. I did it on Thursday and I was at the store Friday morning getting my 3VO. My two buddies did it on a Saturday and came out with 3Ds in a couple hours.

Yeah, my full upgrade was due to come up July 1st, but I called them on Thursday and they set it to June 1st so that I could get the E3D on launch day. Didn't take any hassling at all, they just agreed to it straight away.
