Unhappy HELP ME !!!

Can anyone temme the procedure to install gmaps for cm7 ? i tried to install the gmaps.zip but after successfully installed , my phone turned to black screen no moto logo nothing !!!
steps i did ...
1. installed cm7_rc1.zip via bootloader and then reboot
2.installed sinit , then boot loader and installed gmaps.zip and did reboot

after that ma defy turnes to black screen i dont have android market in ma mobile and gmaps what to do .. can anyone help me to get the market back or can anyone provide me steps to install ??

gmaps.zip??
first step you install cm7 from recovery, (before do a full wipe)then reboot.
2nd step enter again in recovery and flash gapps then reboot again
then enter in market and download maps and street!

well i did exactly the same which you mentioned above but all i got is black screen very strange for me !!! (after reboot ->motologo->went to bootlogo option ->i did boot->normal ====> black screen after reboot )

I thought you need to set to 2init to boot the CM7? Don't think should use normal boot

re-install from rsdlite nordic deblur sbf >>> root >>> install recovery 2.5.1.8 >>> enter in cwm and do a wipe/data >>> install zip from sdcard(cm7 rc1) >>> reboot>>> enter in recovery (bootmenu) install gapps, reboot, enjoy!

in android boot menu which boot option i suppose to use ? normal , 2init , 2nd boot which one i suppose to use it to install the gapps.zip ???


edit : android market is available only in widget and not in the menu icon and i dont see any of the gmap application in the home menu icons
