When did you order? I got my tracking number today and I placed my order on the 24 (last Friday).

I also got the same email. What a shame. I emailed them prior to purchase inquiring about compatibility with t-mobile and they were prompt to respond but did not mention anything about being out of stock. A day after I placed the order I got this same email and it appears that they are not honoring the original price I bought it for when they re-stock.

I got an email response from waresphere and they said it was a misunderstanding. They did not mean that I have to pay the difference. Only if I cancel and purchase later, the price will not be the same as they cannot get the same deal from their source. Let's see how soon they will be able to ship my order. They have been very responsive and apologetic.

I guess so, I haven't gotten any sad emails from them yet

I have yet to receive my refund as well. Not happy with this company at this point.
