Default Getting another EVO 3D

Hi, need to get a replacement EVO 3D since this one does not vibrate...my question is what is a good free app that will backup your phone completely so when getting my replacement, I can just install the app and restore everything. Is there one and would this even be possible?

Thanks

DONATE TO ME
the evo 3d has a transfer app via bluetooth built in and if you activate the new device and log into the market your apps should show in the market
HTC Hero -> HTC Evo 4g -> HTC Evo 3D -> HTC Evo 4g LTE

I don't believe the setting can be saved. Maybe with root, but unfortunately that's not here yet. I could be wrong though about the settings.
