Note: I have a 1024 size ext3 partition. After flashing Synergy RLS-1, and after my apps were restored, I had approximately 348 MB of available internal storage space. After I flashed the DTA2SD zip for Synergy to move the dalvik back to internal memory, I now have 217 MB of available internal storage. Not bad at all, in my opinion....
I did all the steps minus put the dalvik back on internal memory. Should I do that and why should I?
Figure 3 overlays three graphs on the same set of axes, and the "capacity" line is only a rough estimate, but it shows how a battery at a low "state of charge" could easily be below 3.50 V. Actually the body text says most lithium ion batteries go into a semi-permanent self-protective "sleep" mode below 3.00 V, so most SoC reporting schemes shift everything up to where some value above 3 V is used as the nominal "zero" capacity (and any device that uses such a battery is supposed to honor that threshold and shut itself off when it gets down to that point even though technically there is a little charge remaining in the chemistry of the battery).
If you have time read the whole thing- if more people on XDA did we wouldn't have endless complaints about the battery never charging beyond 90% etc.
And for even more reading try http://www.mpoweruk.com/soc.htm
The lines in figure 2 get scrunched together awfully close but you can see 3.64 V would definitely be in the range where a typical SoC algorithm might determine 19% remaining capacity.
Thanks for the info. I generally get pretty decent battery life, and I never worry about it since I am always near a charger. I just thought it seemed odd. It's good to know it is normal.

I think think I have seen 1 other person where others could not open it. I don't believe a solution was given. I don't have any problems with MMS so it might be a some-phones-don't-like-it basis.
I had a problem similar to that and I had to do a complete wipe data and all and reflash and im up and running again.

Unless you are experiencing serious lag, you should not have to run the DTA2SD script.......I did it to show users that even with the dalvik stored on internal memory, as long as the card is partitioned with an ext3 partition, they should still have plenty of available storage space.
I'm trying to change the icons on the lockscreen, however it's not working for me.
What I'm trying to do is this...
Menu > Personalize > Lockscreen > Settings
However, when I press personalize, it just brings me back to my homescreen. Any ideas?
After you get to the where you select the lockscreen you want, all you have to do is select 'Settings' and then tap on any of the default icons to change them.
