Just bought 2 of those last week, they are working great for me.

According to the reviews these are not genuine cables.

United Integral says that this is a "Blackberry" cable and even uses a picture (illegally) of a Blackberry cable, an OEM one. This cable is NOT Blackberry and doesn't work as a data and charging cable for my phone. DO NOT PURCHASE this if you want a cable that works.

This cable is not a micro usb as advertised, it is a mini usb which is larger and NOT the new standard most phones are using.

I bought one of these:

And they all work great with my Epic.

Will tell you guys how they are tomorrow after i get them.....over 200 5 star reviews seems pretty promising though!

Please do I thanked you preemptively but before I read the thread. Hope you are right, I usually wait for Meritline to have their micro usb cables for cheap, I just bought two 5ft cables for $1.50 a piece
