[Q] VZW Xperia Play R800x Diag mode?

I have been looking for a couple days work now and have yet to find how to get the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play from Verizon to go into DIAG mode. I have found out how to get it into the different "download" modes except DIAG mode. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I am also interested in knowing how to get into diag mode on the verizon play. Do any of the developers out there know this information? Maybe Blagus?

Does anybody know what safe mode is all about? I booted my phone up while holding the menu button it vibrated and down on the bottom of the screen it says safe mode

yes its incase some software messed up your phone.you go there and delete it or something. My NExus S has it too.

I guess it has Diagnostic Mode locked or something because no one here or any other forums i've posted the same question on, knows how to enable it.
