the Devs here have managed to dual boot their phones using sdcard. I was wondering if we could make that for galaxy 3...Ofcourse this invloves modifying Sbl.bin & boot.bin
anybody any ideas where to start ??

Great but a dual boot with 2 android firmware. Or android other OS ?

that would be very usefull for testing custom roms without erasing your data

of course with two android Roms...that way you dont have to lose your current Rom in order to test another...

this app is for WM but may be smone cud start porting this
which also means working on the kernals or from recovery!

This one also looks sort off promising.
I've skimmed the thread and it comes down to booting other ROMS (a maximum of 4).
There were 3 files needed, a system.img, a data.img and a cache.img you then just place them in folders and that seemed to do the trick.
I think this is a nice starting point if some devs are actually going to mess around with it.

Yeah I too saw this

Perhaps a bit of modding and nandroids can make this a success but hardware can be a limitation
