Question [Q] Advanced task killer or no?

Hey all, do you use Advanced task killer or some related app on honeycomb? I use it on all my phones (g1, etc), but i have't on Vegacomb 1.6, and honeycomb does a damn good job of managing mem and running apps.

I use Advanced Task Killer to keep the memory freed up, also because of it's feature to kill all unused tasks every 30 minutes.

Like he said

I know lots of people will say not to use, but I have always used it and do find it makes a difference.

DONATE TO ME
I used to use it until I discovered the difference it made. My battery life skyrocketed without it. The apps that ATK killed would resurge, only to be killed after 30 minutes, and the whole battle between apps, services and ATK would drain my SGS' battery life (which wasn't stellar to begin with). I'm happier without, actually.

From what I heard, it is no longer needed with the newer versions of android because it manages the tasks quite well on its own. Maybe if you have issues with apps that regularly hang? but otherwise it shouldn't be necessary.
