Default Market purchase error

Default Error Message
The EXACT same thing happened to me yesterday, three times! I had a trial version of some apps, removed them, and wanted to purchase the full version, but kept getting this error. Now my Credit Union has put a flag on my CC because it looked like Fraud to them, because it would hit my account but immediately be put back in.
