Talking Fix wp7 hd2 macadress stable

Hello Guys i have found a way to fix MACADRESS as you want...

Go to registry editor on your phone and go to

Code:
Local machine/software/drivers/wlan/macaddr and change the value from "invalid unknow adress" (last line only) to something like 00:11:22:33:44:55 as you new and definitive macadress...now press OK!

RESTART YOUR PHONE. You can see your hd2 is recognized by your wifi source.

Enjoy !!!

If found it easier to swich off my Wifi router. Do you pick up other wifi addresses? If so then switch your own router back on. Now can you see your own address?

I use wep. not wap etc.

interesting.
If it say invalid, so at boot it read it, we just have to know from which source it consider this as invalid and so put it in this place

Hello, I tried but my editor says it's impossible to change that registry value, and instead of "invalid address unknown" appears to be a MACAddress Saparated value "-" and not ":" as you would normally write a macadress.
Thanks a lot for any suggestions :)
