Sunnysoft and HardSPL

I heave topaz and i want to update Rom to the newest version. I found "Topaz_HTC_WWE_EastEurope_2.53.479.3 Windows Mobile 6.5" on sunnysoft.

roms from this side they look original and I dont-know whether i needs HardSPL ?

I will be installing this rom and "language localization" ("Language pack Diamond 2 2.53.479.3").

to be able to upgrade WM 6.5 rom before you need to upgrade HarsdSPL first, and HardSPL are fully supported on WM 6.5 is HardSPL 1.83.OliNex

I going to instal HardSPL 1.83.OliNex and next Topaz_HTC_WWE_EastEurope_2.53.479.3 Windows Mobile 6.5" from sunnysoft website. THX.
