Galaxy Tab Incomplete File Transfer

Hey guys I searched the forum but could not find a solution. I was trying to sync music with my tab but after 500 songs it froze in windows explorer. I would like to transfer files via usb or the mtp whatever they call it. Anyone found any good methods to sync large music collections. Btw i was using Kies by Samsung to sync Music

Dropbox did the trick for me. I find the android app a bit clumsy but it works as designed.

i don't have any music on my tab, cause its all on my phone, but i would give Windows Media Player a shot for Syncing music.
