No offense intended, I really do mean this for your best interest, but... if you don't know these things, you should not be rooting your phone, yet. There are oodles of resources you can find on google to tell you all about adb, read up on it, then dive in prepared.

Well, 9 hours ago :P

I wonder when we will see a fix, as I would like to get this working on my Sensation. Even without the overclocking, would be nice to preserve battery a bit more.

It would seem that although SetCPU does see the new available frequency, it never scales to it. Not even when the performance scaling option is selected.

Yup, were same in system panel lite, but the quadrant scores show that it's working

I considered that, however on running linpack the scores are much lower with the higher frequencies enabled. The CPU appears to be getting stuck in the lower frequency available if it attempts to scale to higher than default settings as if i look back in quadrant after running a Linpack test the CPU refuses to scale up unless i lower the maximum frequency, the UI lag also present then also appears to confirm this.

DONATE TO ME
Hey OP, can I get an output of the stock voltages at stock freqs? Also, in your driver, do you have a floor and ceiling voltage limit set? If so, what are they?

Thanks

Thanks for this. I don't know if it works or not, but it is cool to be using SetCPU to try to overclock and actually seeing an overclock option. I can't wait until we get the bootloader unlocked, so we can see what this baby can do.
