Alright! Robbie DID IT AGAIN! DarkyROM XXKH3 BASE is HERE

Wooot?

This Base is in-house developed by me and Robbielicious ! It's all done from scratch I hope you all like it

  1. Extended Power
  2. Overscroll Glow
  3. Transparent Status Dropdown
  4. SIP WiFi+3G
  5. Battery Percentage
  6. Root
  7. Busybox
  8. OpenVPN
  9. Bash
  10. Talk2 (working video)
  11. GingerBread Launcher
  12. System Themed as Usual
  13. CRT-Off
  14. SWAP Enabled (SuperCore 1.6 Required)
  15. New Memory Hacks
  16. WidgetPicker
  17. GPS fix
  18. Huge apn list
  19. DEODEXED and running fast
  20. New DarkyROM2 Bootanimation by Goldie
  21. More things that I could not remember
  22. New SuperCore?
  23. Some init.rc changes required by KH3+
  24. Fixed (hopefully) root issues for all
  25. Added SWAP support

How do I get this?

I am rooted!
  1. Get SuperCore_1.6.tar and put it on your SD-Card
  2. Get DarkyROM2 Tool from market
  3. Open app and use "Flash/Install File from SDCARD" to browse to and install the kernel
  4. If you are on anything prior to KH1 you need to select WIPE in DarkyROM2 Tool
  5. After rebooting upload DarkyROM2_KH3_Base.zip to SD-Card and flash it like you did the kernel
  6. Wait for the phone to reboot and flash the new firmware

I am not rooted
  1. Flash SuperCore_1.6.tar with Odin (put in PDA and do NOT tick repartition)
  2. Get DarkyROM2 Tool and Superuser from market
  3. Upload DarkyROM2_KH3_Base.zip to SD-Card
  4. If you are on anything prior to KH1 you need to select WIPE in DarkyROM2 Tool
  5. Open DarkyROM2 Tool and use "Flash/Install File from SDCARD" to browse to and install DarkyROM2_KH3_Base.zip
  6. Wait for the phone to reboot and flash the new firmware

Changes in R2:
Reverted to deleting user apps when wipe is selected. Keeping them caused FCs. Oh well...

Cool! But where are the files?

SuperCore 1.6 Kernel: SuperCore_1.6.tar
DarkyROM2 KH3 Base: DarkyROM2_KH3_Base_R2.zip

Nice part about the original version is the option to be able to format/repartition your GS2 for a full clean install if anything is running crappy, or at least that works with all the other user_low_ship 3 file releases.

The bugs ROMs like the AOSP ROM, MIUI and CM have.

Uhm, no! The AOS Bug is the Android OS Battery drain bug, which is on all stock 2.3.3 Roms.

SuperCore 1.7 with BLN (+ lib) for the impatient ;)
    Download SuperCore_1.7.tar

To ODEX XXKG3 who manufactures for my rom

And thank you very much to _JKay_
    And all credit to the
    :D

    XXKG3_JKay_BigGinger_Deluxe_ThemeV6.zip

Here is the same patch modified with correct update-script and with systemUI.apk with greeny signal icons from KG2 R2

Flash it over DarkyROM2_XXKG3_BASE_ODEXED.zip after a full boot, and then install apk from http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1154278 to change lockscreen and power options (JKay Deluxe Theme Settings app V6)

And remember, make a nandroid backup before!!!

Tranform KG3 BASE into KG3 R2 (or somthing similar :p)
