Just wipe and flash to 3.2, then flash the 3.3 update if you want the lockscreen

Great rom.....no faults whatsoever.....thank you.....just one issue, the fonts are a little bit too small for my liking.....

for those that wants the stock original font size, just download and install the app called 'font size' from the Market and click on 'original'....it doesn't change the font style.....just changes the size......

I flashed the tweaks pack via recovery mode, and now it's stuck on the boot animation for more than 5 mins. can I shut this off?

Just hold the powerbutton until the telephone shuts off. You could try wipe dalvik and cache i CWM.
Otherwise reflash the ROM.

Raffalle is there any theme that i can use for your 3.2 rom. everything is perfect except for the fat battery icon. i like it slim and gingerbread green style if possible. thanks so much for everything.

You can use criskelo's theme in the themes and apps section. Its for odexed roms. Or wait til _jkay_ comes back and update his mods to kg3
