The Blue theme use the same notification bar..
I think u are referring to BlackBlue Theme v.1.5

U can flash that Theme if u want..

FoxHound 2.7 Changelog
No Wipe
Includes Jkay13.1
Flashing script runs a global fix permissions at end of flashing to avoid Permission management issues (Thanks Androimeda Team ROM)
New ICS animation included (thakns BigBangHd)
Added Fujutweaks (2.3.7 app_process & system_server)
Added CyanogenMod libsqlite.so and libsqlite_jni.so
Included DownloadALL app
Added script to remove lag when answering phone calls [Test]( Part ThunderBolt tweaks )
New BLN app
Fix lag to recorder 1080dpi [Test]
Trasparency Mms.apk to stock ROM
Change Battery icon

Hm, can 2.7 be upgraded directly from 2.5 without wiping or is 2.6 needed first?

Thank god that's a no-wipe update... I just flashed 2.6 right now. -_-
