REBOOT PHONE FIRST...

Unzip the download, plug in your phone, and then click StartNow.bat

Hopefully I will have an update in the next couple of days that includes a Transparent App Drawer and other modifications.

screenies? i would my self but I'm returning the phone, I'm having issues with it and because of this i have not tried TEMP ROOT.
