Ive never seen this since all my other phones were running non-standard roms. I wish i took a screenshot, but id like to disable this if possible; I disabled a bunch of the system bloat, but not sure what that one would fall under. * I found it; apparently didn't disable myaccount app; must have missed that one; but that is the origin of the popup.
