Got help from Geek78, which will order the XTC Clip.

Edit:
Nevermind, I found all I need thanks to Football from the RUU.
I am setting up my build environment (Read: Installing Linux and downloading 11gb of stuff) and will compile the first trial recovery, availible for all S-OFF users to try. For now, those only are people which got the device in an S-OFF state, or ordered an XTC clip, though I believe Alpharev will offer an option to get S-OFF for free. Time will tell!

Really? No single person? You just need to type out two commands. It won't do anything to your phone, I pinky-swear!
