On phone is same thing, TT say 4.5MB but when i download with tapatalk, size is 554b in folder, on pc same result.
Try to download and look at file size...

I've tried all the links in this thread regarding the latest release version and the same output is available to me, the 4MB file.
@above, I have the same problem here in Germany where the ISP does not allow me to download from different sites and the download stops after less than 1MB. You might have the same problem.
To flash the CWM recovery on your Chacha, you can also:
. Use my 1 click recovery flasher,
. Use Goo Manager
Both applications are available for free on the Market. Goo Manager will also download roms and flash them directly from the app, like Rom Manager Premium.

It seems that ClockWorkMod has a bug concerning the 2nd partition of my SD-card.
When it was ext3, CMW restored it with ext4 (I had to change it to FAT to get it running again). Now since it is FAT CMW didn't backup it at all. Let's see if the new version will have any improvements there.

The ext partition should be the first partition, not the second.
The FAT should be the last one, and it's never backed up with CWM, as it's used to store the backups.
Or maybe I didn't understand you...
