Not for me, it shows 4MB in both the first post and mediafire. Perhaps you should try it on your phone or another PC?

I've tried all the links in this thread regarding the latest release version and the same output is available to me, the 4MB file.

@above, I have the same problem here in Germany where the ISP does not allow me to download from different sites and the download stops after less than 1MB. You might have the same problem.

Downloads just fine and shows up as 4mb, must be a tapatalk issue? You could always use the mediafire link my post, though.

To flash the CWM recovery on your Chacha, you can also:

. Use my 1 click recovery flasher,
. Use Goo Manager

Both applications are available for free on the Market. Goo Manager will also download roms and flash them directly from the app, like Rom Manager Premium.

Mikhel, would you link that comment in the OP please? TIA.

It seems that ClockWorkMod has a bug concerning the 2nd partition of my SD-card.

When it was ext3, CMW restored it with ext4 (I had to change it to FAT to get it running again). Now since it is FAT CMW didn't backup it at all. Let's see if the new version will have any improvements there.

?
The ext partition should be the first partition, not the second.

The FAT should be the last one, and it's never backed up with CWM, as it's used to store the backups.

Or maybe I didn't understand you...

Thats what I did, and it worked. If you ain't S-OFF, then make sure you are bootloader unlocked.

I've tried that:

C:\>fastboot.exe boot recovery-cwm-chacha.img
downloading 'boot.img'...
OKAY [ 1.795s]
booting...
FAILED (remote: not allowed)
finished. total time: 1.802s

Duh? So I guess it means we can't try it like that? Gonna need to actually flash it ?

Anyone has the stock recovery.img I could flash back in case this one doesn't work?
